What to Expect for the Week According to the Akashic Records

The Akashic Records is a database that holds detailed descriptions of every feeling, action, and energetic imprint that has existed across the galaxies, across the universe, and across lifetimes. Some mention it as a Library of Memories, The Great Library, or, as the Bible has referred to it: The Book of Life. All are correct.

Located deep within the Heart space of a person, the Akashic Records is a place where information is kept, guarded, and transmitted. It is a database that holds the history of your soul and every decision it has made during its lifespan across millennia. This information does not belong to any one religion, culture, or species. It does not discriminate and it does not judge. Once accessed, the information is channeled through trusted sources (practitioners and otherwise) that would then convey the information exactly as communicated.

Hello, I am Mikaila and I am an Akashic Records Practitioner. If you’d like to know more info on what the Akashic Records are, here is a FAQ page that I wrote explaining all about them. I decided to start a new project in conjunction with the Akashic Records, called The Akashic Reminder. Through this, I will be giving weekly updates and overall news and offerings related to the Akasha! Sidenote: If you have any questions in regard to the Akasha, reply in a comment below and I’ll answer in my next post!

For this post, I’ll be channeling information for the Zodiac signs on what they should expect their upcoming week to look like. This is for the week of: 8/6/24–8/13/24.

The Question I asked was: What can the different zodiac signs expect for the upcoming week of August 6th into August 13th — especially given that we are currently experiencing a mercury retrograde? (Apply to Sun, Moon, and/or Rising only.)

The Records’ Answers are as follows:

Aries

Aries are likely to find themselves experiencing a bit of dizziness, confusion, and miscalculation this week. It’s important for them to take the time to ground and reconfigure, as this week will have a lot happening for them and a lot not happening for them simultaneously. This means they are likely to experience instances of stop-and-start, false starts, false stopping, or plans being rearranged and recalibrated. 

Aries is likely to encounter an instance where their first attempt at something is frustrating, but the second attempt comes out much better and more polished. For Aries this week, we suggest trying again, especially if you are frustrated. If something that occurred within the last week had a frustrating outcome, try again this week and keep trying until you get it right. This week is good for getting things right, even when mistakes have been made before. 

For Aries this week, we suggest buying new erasers and writing in pencil instead of pen. That is all.

Taurus

This week is a week of rudeness for Taurus. They are likely to either experience instances where people are rude to them or where they are rude to others. This sense of rudeness arises from a feeling of unworthiness being purged through them right now. Any inkling they may have of not being good enough or not doing enough is thoroughly felt and experienced through their own actions toward others or others’ actions toward them this week. 

As these rude experiences occur, it is important for Taurus to remind themselves of the value they wish to become, the value they wish to feel within themselves, and the strength they wish to instill. It is important for Taurus to remember that they can be solid within themselves without the need for external validation or even financial validation. Embracing this idea of inherent value will help grow and expand their current financial standing. 

For Taurus this week, we suggest watching game shows, shows where people give away money, and other things that help them feel valuable. That is all.

Gemini

This week for Gemini is about feeling exposed. This doesn’t necessarily mean in a negative or uncomfortable way, but rather in a way that helps catapult them to the next stage of their goals. This energy of exposing themselves will be the key to this. 

For many Geminis, this week is about uncovering truths about themselves. They will realize that the more they talk about their personal experiences in emotionally vulnerable ways, the more they will encounter lucrative and exciting opportunities. Speaking the truth and allowing it to align with something emotionally impactful will be their ticket to expansion. 

For Geminis this week, we suggest they tell their story honestly and repeatedly. The more they express it with power and emotional influence, the better and more impactful it will be. That is all.

Cancer

Cancer this week is creating a picture for their life and actively contributing to what they want in that picture. They are deciding on the details, such as which paintbrushes are used for which strokes, which camera is used for which photo, which clothing is worn, which hairstyle, which glasses, which scenery, etc. 

With Cancer feeling the need to get more detailed about what they want in their picture, they find it manifesting before their eyes. The more they allow themselves to visualize and connect to their vision — which they’ve been hiding from or ignoring — the more they find ways to bring it to fruition. From last week’s message of needing to have an important conversation to now Cancer deciding to get clear on their self-image and how they want to build upon it, this new focus will help them with manifestation and self-actualization. 

For Cancers this week, we suggest doing visualization meditations and getting specific on the outfits, scenery, and lifestyle they wish to live. That is all.

Leo

This week for Leo is a bit more melancholic, contrasting with the excitement of the last two weeks. As it is your birthday, this week is about figuring out what is next and what truly aligns with you. Like Aries, Leo is experiencing instances of interruptions and things not quite fitting as expected. We want to emphasize that that it is completely fine. It is okay to pause and take stock before moving on to the next step. You have much to be excited about and thankful for, but there is no need to worry about what is next when you can enjoy the present moment. 

Therefore, it is important for Leos to stay present, focused, grounded, and intentional about how their week is going. Decide on one thing a day and make sure to accomplish it. Once you do, allow yourself to relax and enjoy the rest of your day and week. This will help you feel less confused and less caught up in the flurry of energy surrounding you. 

For Leos this week, we suggest finding ways to create comfort inside your home rather than going out, as you are likely to experience more excitement at home this week. We suggest playing board games, hosting a party, and drinking a fruity frozen mocktail. That is all.

Virgo

Virgos are finding themselves more critical than usual this week, meaning they are in a state of identifying what is wrong with everything around them. Some may feel the need to take things apart due to the anxiousness they’re likely to experience this week. This anxiousness creates a disturbance within them, fueling a need to find what is “wrong” to create order in their lives.

However, what is wrong isn’t necessarily an external or internal issue. It is something that needs to exist until it no longer does and should be left alone. As Virgos feel the need to search and uncover problems, they may realize they are pulling themselves further away from a solution, but there is no solution because there is no real problem. 

This week, Virgos are likely to experience instances of creating problems in order to fix them — creating issues just to solve them. There is no mystery to solve this week, Virgo. There is simply a need to exist, but the discomfort of existing creates confusion and a desire to keep moving rather than sitting still. 

To alleviate this experience, for Virgos this week, we suggest watching videos about someone else fixing things. We also suggest learning a new skill such as knitting or sewing. This can help satisfy the need to fix something, especially when it becomes overwhelming. That is all.

Libra

Libra this week is in need of a deep, energetic cleanse. They have been absorbing many energies of frustration, confusion, and uncomfortable energetic projections from others. Libras are feeling the need to unwind, relax, and laze. They are feeling the need to do nothing, and we encourage this, as it is the key to releasing what no longer needs to be held onto.

Libras will find that the more they release, the lighter and more excited they feel, allowing them to be freed from the energetic sludge that has been building up. By deciding not to take on projects that are not theirs, by saying no, by setting better boundaries, and by prioritizing their own projects, they will feel more alive. 

This week for Libras, we suggest painting and buying a gift for themselves. That is all.

Scorpio

Scorpio is getting another break this week. Last week was spent purging, but this week is for relaxing again. However, like Aries, Scorpio feels a bit antsy. The feeling of being secure and safe creates an energy of anticipation, wondering what is next and questioning when the next shoe will drop. 

Rather than fully relaxing, Scorpio is likely to feel on edge, needing some sort of movement to feel safe because things can feel too quiet. Scorpios might decide to create an exorbitant amount of noise — whether through playing music, banging pots and pans, running into things, or speaking loudly — to alleviate the pressure of the surrounding silence and give themselves something to do. It is their discomfort with stillness that urges them to create movement and disturbance. 

For Scorpios this week, we suggest listening to jazz music and white noise. That is all.

Sagittarius

Sagittarius, this week you are recognizing the possibilities and potential avenues your life can take. The new project you felt inclined to start last week is now gaining momentum. This new idea, likely inspired by an old one, can bring great structure and freedom to your life if you decide to embrace it fully instead of hiding away from the new experiences that await.

If Sagittarius were to simply continue on this path and find new discoveries within it, they will see that even though in some ways consistency can feel suffocating, ultimately, being consistent with this project would actually help them to explore more of themselves. This will help you get in touch with parts of yourself that fear showing up with dependability, focus, maturity, and drive. 

For Sagittarius this week, we suggest making a plan and buying a planner. That is all.

Capricorn

Capricorn, this week you might find yourself involved in slinging a bit of mud — whether you are on the giving or receiving end. This could involve experiences of slander — either spreading or hearing rumors about yourself or others. You may encounter an idea or belief about yourself or someone else that isn’t quite accurate. 

How you handle this information will determine how your week progresses. If you choose to share gossip that may not be true, the rest of your week will reflect that decision. Likewise, how you respond to gossip about yourself will influence your week ahead. For some, this week might be marked by silence — you may neither hear nor spread any gossip. This could result in an uneventful week for some, while for others, it might bring the peace they need from the chaos of excess conversation. 

For Capricorns this week, we suggest taking words with a grain of salt. That is all.

Aquarius

Aquarius is the favorite this week. Aquarius is jumping to new heights as they dive deep into reinvention and experimentation. They are figuring out what works for them, trying new things while abandoning others, and finding ways to express themselves in more exciting and aligned ways. 

There’s not much to say to Aquarius this week because they are exactly where they need to be and are doing exactly what they need to do. 

For Aquarius this week, we suggest continuing. That is all.

Pisces

Pisces this week is experiencing either an immense gain or an immense loss. They will either gain something so important it excites them, or lose something so significant it saddens them. Navigating this space without becoming frustrated or overly attached to outcomes, whether positive or negative, is crucial. 

Finding ways to stay balanced and focused will help them throughout the week. To alleviate any losses, we suggest checking everything twice and being highly aware of water. We would like to reiterate for Pisces that even with loss, there is something to gain, and even with gain, there is something to lose. That is all.

Me: Ok, well, do you have any final thoughts on what the collective can expect for the week of August 6th into August 13th, keeping in mind the Mercury Retrograde that is currently occurring?

Records: 

For the last week, there was a sense of collective need, of wanting to belong somewhere, and in some cases, anywhere. This week, there is more of a need to be separated, to be above, to be away from others. The collective is likely to experience elements of wanting to separate themselves from other people, such as groups deciding to distance themselves from other groups, friend groups separating, acquaintances distancing themselves, and people wishing to separate from their governments. This includes individuals deciding to leave their homes and livelihoods behind, making plans to leave their countries, and those in the government and political realm expressing separatist ideologies — which is to be expected with upcoming elections in The United States.

This week is the culmination of many different energetic threads of people wanting to be different, experience different, and align differently. This need to separate, move, and be more than others can lead to acts of violence and vandalism toward the end of the week. And so this is a reiteration that those who are in spiritual practices should develop services that help to heal people who have experienced traumatic occurrences of separatism within family, community, friendships, etc. Healing the collective wound of separation, even on an individual basis, helps to alleviate the negative effects that separatism can create collectively.

Last week’s feeling of wanting to be connected is turning into a feeling of needing to be separate, creating unrest and frustration among those who believe themselves to be better than those who wish to experience community. Overall, there is a need for healing to attract those who are a vibrational match for your community. This week is also a time of people saying things they don’t mean, making criticisms or judgments, and then taking them back. Some people will express sentiments of “you weren’t who I thought you were,” while other will let their guard down and change their mindsets. Where they were once offended and apprehensive, they are deciding to listen.

While the idea of separatism permeating through the collective can create ripples of violence and vandalism, it can also lead to groups deciding not to be violent, not to be vandals, and not to perpetuate the same belief systems they have always belonged to. And of those instances, we urge you to be just as aware. For spiritualists this month, we suggest offering services geared towards helping people realize and heal belief systems that have been hindering their soul’s progression.
